If you have co-advisor, please submit the following required documents to the department at least one semester before your defense for review:

1. Application form (download here: https://www.academic.ntust.edu.tw/var/file/48/1048/img/2559/128423613.pdf)
2. Co-advisor's CV
3. Co-advisor's Ph.D. Degree Certificate (copy)
4. Co-advisor's Taiwanese bank passbook cover (copy) : for NTUST processing the co-advising honorarium
5. Co-advisor's Taiwanese National ID Number (身分證字號) or ARC ID Number (外國人居留證號)

※If your co-advisor is from within NTUST, you only need to submit the application form. Documents 2–5 are not required.

※If your co-advisor does not hold a bank account in Taiwan, please note that the university is unable to transfer advisory honorarium overseas. Providing an overseas bank account is therefore unnecessary. Thank you for your understanding.
